Governor Charlie Baker took a visit to UTEC’s newest location in Haverhill on Monday, May 6th to learn more about the program. UTEC’s mission is to engage the youth of the community and encourage them to achieve success and deter them from gang-related violence and activities. Representative Mirra was part of this important discussion, alongside Governor Baker.
