Community Preservation Act

Representative Mirra was featured in a recent article from the Gloucester Daily Times concerning funding for the Community Preservation Act, which helps maintain public parks and preserve historic buildings.

“We absolutely need to put more money into this program,” said Rep. Lenny Mirra, R-West Newbury, who backed the legislation. “It’s an extremely popular program and if it’s done right, it can help communities save money in the long run.”
