Lawmakers are deciding restrictions for all drivers in regards to cell phone usage while operating motor vehicles. Representative Mirra added to the conversation in regards to tougher restrictions, saying: “I’m generally not a big fan of government intrusion, but when you drive on a public road staring at a phone you put other people at serious risk. It’s a public safety issue.”
